   Not necessarily box art, not necessarily a blunder but I was always amused that the box art for #6442 Stingray Explorer implied a highly scientific study of an elusive undersea giant. However, closer examination of the official catalogue image reveals that these guys were just really, REALLY missing their lost hats!
