   Today, I opened the Central Precinct HQ (set #6398) and discovered that in spite of being sealed since 1993, it was missing its sticker sheet! Granted, I was going to avoid putting on STAMPs, but still, several of the stickers define the look of the building as a police station. Time to search the aftermarket for a sticker…

   Built #6398 from 1993. This was during my dark ages and I’m not too sorry I missed the early post-smiley minifig heads. There are a few good ones (the prisoner and the “chief” below are fun IMO, plus the pirates) but others are not great (the ones on the left below).
