I noticed that these 3 sets are tagged with "Shell", but I can't seem to figure out why, apart from the fact that they have an oil drum that's in Shell's colors? #1497 #6381 #6673 Is there any additional relationship between these sets and Shell? If not, should the Shell tag be removed? DaveE

Hello fellow LEGO fans! I have been a long time LEGO lover and after many years, I decided to get all my LEGO sorted out and properly arranged by Set. Cleaning and sorting through a box of my husband's childhood Lego, which his parents happened upon this weekend. Not sure yet if any of the sets are complete, but so far I've identified: Forbidden Island #6270, Motor Speedway #6381, Vector Detector #6877, and Galactic Peacekeeper #6886. Not bad!

I would indeed have enjoyed something like that as a kid... but there's no way my parents would have bought me something that expensive! (cue sad violin music) Nonetheless, it does bring back fond memories of #6381 Motor Speedway, which I spend £10 of my own money on :)

That's a tough one...I can remember the first set that I was super excited to get, 6396 International Jetport. However, I have several small sets that I received as a kid that pre-date that set (the oldest being 6381 Motor Speedway) that I probably got before...so the first set, I'm not entirely sure.
