I have a 6066 Camouflaged Outpost that I would like to trade for classic town sets or minifigs. The set is clean and complete with the exception of a black feather and a blue feather, no instructions or box. I like the banal sets from approximately 1978 - 1985, for example, but not limited to: 6694 Car with Camper 6368 Jet…

#6368 Jet Airliner was my first, I must have built and taken that one apart 100 times as a kid.

As far as I know it was #6368, aged three, as a reward for not getting too upset that I had a baby brother instead of the baby sister I thought I had been promised... :)

I have the following classic town sets for sale. Figured I'd post them here for the collectors before they go in my Bricklink store. All are 100% complete (except one that I'm waiting for 2 parts to come from Bricklink for but will be complete). All have the original boxes (with cardboard tray inserts, plastic trays, and…

Going to go 'old school' and say the 1818 set or 6368 Jet Airliner.. I have a soft spot for that as it was one of the sets I had as a kid (and still have it) As I understand it the 1818 is rare so I wound up using an inventory list and getting all the pieces together and getting the sticker-ed parts from BL.

You'll find some of them if you just search "airline" in the database. For example, #1973 and #6368. These might be hard to find, though, as they were exclusives sold only in duty free shops/on airliners (and some of those are quite old...). Edit: #1774 is the same build as #1973, but is not an exclusive...might be easier?…

http://brickset.com/sets?query=6073-1, 6235-1, 6245-1, 6382-1, 6657-1, 6368-1, 6687-1, 4010-1, 6508-1, 6507-1, 6652-1, 6630-1, 6360-1 I might add the ability to upload sets to a BrickList in future but this method will hopefully suffice for now, subject to the max length of a URL, of course.

The first one I clearly remember was #6368 - my grandparents took me to ToysRUs while my brother was being born, so I would have been 3 years old. The reason I remember is because, on discovering I wasn't getting the baby sister I really wanted, I showed no futger interretreated under the hospital bed to start building the…

While reading http://brickset.com/article/12871/classic-lego-sets-airports-planes-and-air-travel-part-1 I ended up seeking out http://brickset.com/sets/6368-1 , originally based on the name "Commuter Jet". I couldn't find it, even after ending up looking at the Aircraft tag based on comments. I noticed when looking it up…
