Those Titanium Metallic Hero Factory parts are this element from set #6218, but that set only came with one, and I can't imagine anyone buying that many Splitface sets for personal use. I'd wager that they were bought from a reseller, either online or at a LEGO convention. The same is quite possibly true of the lampposts.…
