   I would have said inn, but technically we have this: #60203 Actually, after looking at it, it is not really a resort building, so actually an Inn would be a good idea.. Maybe with a stable like @Blockwork_Orange said.

   In terms of this year's set, my money is on a shop or store of some kind, such as a cookie shop, a candy store, or an old-fashioned grocery store (where almost everything is behind counters). A winter sports store, such as ping pong equipment, is also an option, albeit there was just a little one in the 60203 Ski Resort…
