Two new trains were just released this month, both come with motors and remotes. They are #60197 Passenger Train and #60198 Cargo Train.

I know! I'm only interested because I want it to go with the logging train made from #60198 I'll have a look Bricklink and see what it comes out as.

You shouldn't run the EN with the flexible track. https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=88492c00#T=C The EN was not designed to use the PF motor from the 60198 but you might be able to fit it under the tender.

Finished building my charity shop #60198 Everything there I was expecting, plus this pile. Appears to be the rear bumper from the Technic Mack and couple parts from characters too.Any ideas on these two items with micro USB connectors and what appears to be contacts on the other side? Finally a Veyron centre cap!

Well it looks like the LEGO #60052 and #60051 are now gone at
[email protected] that #60052 was overpriced (especially when said train was routinely on sale for 150 USD, and much lower at times). I did not think LEGO could do any worse, until I saw the price for the new #60198 cargo train at 229.99 USD

I need to wait until it arrives to confirm, but I just won an eBay auction from a charity shop account for the train, crane wagon and log wagon from #60198 for £47. From the photos it comes with the PU battery box and motor, but no controller or track. I can use my phone for control and we have plenty of track. Might hunt…
