Thanks everyone! I've separated out the parts from 5540 (14 missing pieces) and 6941 (5 missing pieces). I think there is 1 more Blacktron set and 6986 left. I appreciate all the help!

Felt like building something so grabbed #5540 out of the closet and it just joined its Model Team friends in the display. So few steps compared to recent sets, but already has the parts listed per step :)

I bought 25 sets (6074, 6082, 924, 6954, 6955, 6396, 1906 a bunch of smaller 80s castle, space and town, and 3 model team sets 5590, 5540 & 5521) for $80 CAD on kijiji (Canadian craigslist). The pieces came semi sorted in a large bin with their instructions. I've been having a fun time building them.

Does the change in the Model Team boxes not concur with the US release? I've not see this mentioned anywhere, but US catalogs list 5510, 5540 or 5580 as new for 1989. I don't remember them being available in any boxes other than the second style (not to say that they weren't). It was quite the surprise the first time I saw…
