   I have #4999. Found at the TRU in Lewisville, TX. However, the inner plastic bag is attached to the foil bag from when they sealed it up.

    Just scored 4999 Vestas Wind Turbine on Ebay for $300 plus $20 shipping. Surprised I was the only bidder for a sealed in mint condition set.
