Hello, I'm selling my entire Creator House collection. The sets are in new condition and are 100% complete, with all pieces, minifigs, with all original instructions for all sets and are in excellent condition. The original boxes are included for all sets except 4886 & 4954. I'm looking for $675 for the lot, through…

A secondhand toy shop just down the road from me had several 2004 sets for sale, Bought an almost complete #4886 and managed to build the house with what was in there. Looks really good

Really? Some of the aftermarket prices on some of those sets are crazy. I'm not talking about the very small Beach Houses or Cabins; I'm talking about sets like #4954 Town Home. I bought a few #4886 Building Bonanza sets and sold them last year for a huge profit.

AFOLcon/ The Lego show seems like a good opportunity for selling, since there will be no postage costs involved for anyone who wants to collect anything while there. I'm having a sort-out, so I thought I'd list out things I have for sale at the moment. If anyone is interested in buying with zero postage cost, you can meet…

Thanks @Istokg for the history part! I really like those houses, I keep buying them, building them, and...putting them down as I do not know yet what to do with it....I have most of them (build and MISB) except for the bonanza (4886) and the hillside house (5771) that I do not have yet in any condition.

I've fixed up 3 copies of the Avengers tower sets, opened 3 sets of the old 4886 Creator 3-in-1 house, 12 Uruk-Hai sets, 5 Imperial troop transport, 2 Pet Shops (3rd opening likely forthcoming), plus many other medium/small Creator sets like 31026, 31012, 31019, 31021, 31023 etc. :)

^ agreed - 4954 is a LOT of tan parts! The doors and windows will set you back the most if you want to do it accurately #4956 has both the left and right hand light bluish gray door from market street / and cafe corner #4954 has 8 of the 1x4x3 train windows with solid studs #4886 (which I guess officially is a designer…

Yeah, another http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=4954-1 would really be nice. Too bad it's so expensive secondhand. Having bought a bunch of LEGO lately I can say that I'm kinda disappointed. I remember that when I was young I had a ton of bricks that could be used to build plenty of things, yet these days sets are fairly…

No surprises there — he did include it in the Mini-Modulars set, after all. I have always considered it a part of the series. It doesn't meet all the standards, but at that point nothing had even been established as standard since there had only been one Modular Building set, and nobody could say for sure what the next one…
