1. Bring back 9V trains!

   I've been collecting Lego trains since the 4559 set (1995-96ish), and just can't really get into the newer power functions sets (although I did pick up an emerald night and maersk train, but have yet to motorized them) Is there any hope of the 9V style coming back?

   Definitely #4559 Cargo train and #5571 Giant truck. Saw them on the brochure but never got them.

   I am building a #4559 Cargo Railway that was part of recent fairly large garage sale find. It took some time to find all the pieces, but i enjoyed every minute of it.

   You should be able to get a good used motor from Ebay for about $35.00. If you are patient and wait until summer comes along it can be had for less. You can also sell your broken motor believe it or not. Many of the Lego 9V trains don't need the center pin to operate correctly, such as the 4563, 4559, etc.
