Trying to figure out what the 4512 cargo train is worth. Also 2 sets of 7939. Neither set is complete and potential buyers are all over the place with offers. (Low mostly.) Any ideas of what you reckon I should charge greatly appreciated. I also have 20 swings, 20 straights, 1 cross and 2 line changers. I know I can get…

I'm looking to acquire some 9V train sets, only the freight train sets at the moment. Complete with minifigures, tracks, stickers, instructions, and box. (Tracks and boxes are preferred but not a deal breaker. Regulators are not needed) I already secured 4563. Looking to grab these sets: 4564 4565 4512 Anyone looking to…

Someone on here should buy this #4512. Then they can brag!

I'm currently bidding on #4512 on Catawiki. THAT TRAIN SET IS MINE, DAMMIT! >:D

I'm rebuilding and modding #4514 and #4512 to be more realistic, whilst minimizing the changes to the actual models so they're still recognisable.

Hi all. I have some Lego sets to sell in London. Good prices, Nice looked after sets and large choice of MISB. I am parting with my collection to fund my education and grow my own business, so it is a genuine reason for selling and NOT profit making! saying that I will not accept ridiculous prices. At first I am releasing…

Only discernable difference between them aside from the obvious and the cable, is the mounting spigot, which has some protruding raised bits around the base to ease friction…

Looking to pick up a large lot from a guy who lives in the same town, his kid no longer plays with it. Based on the picture, all the set looks pretty complete and in good condition. What would be a fair offer on a large lot like this? I don't want to lowball as some older sets are hard to find at a decent price. Lego 7997…

^ That would be when you add a 2nd engine either after the first like a real train (although not passenger train) or add an end engine and power it as well. When I bought my #4512 I had a friend in another state pick it up and hold it for me. It ended up having an almost complete #4561 with it which I already had. So I…

As far as the passenger trains go at the moment, that's about it. AFAIK, #60197 Passenger Train and #60198 Cargo Train are the only train related sets (certainly in the City line) currently available from Lego. #60198 is more expensive, but certainly worth the extra money in my opinion. You get so much more "play" value…
