Don't think so @wardm Looks like Vicky's hair from #41338 to me. But it could be new! Incidentally I love that we are getting some minidolls with attitude these days. Vicky (above) and Dottie from #41349 are just awesome.

I often report exact prices rather than take the penny higher shortcut, to avert such confusion. Anyway lots of 20% rollbacks on various themes but nothing that interests me except maybe #41349 $24 for food collection. #41341 doesn't have a red tag but is still 20% off at $7.97 #30382 new polybag $3.97
