It's actually easy enought to just build a toilet instead of waiting on Lego to make one... The Friends "Summer Riding Camp" #3185 has instructions for the best Lego toilet I have seen. Even has a lid that goes up and down...which is better than the one in Olivia's House or the Heartland City Pool #41008. -
