   Worthy indeed! I think I'd take #4025 Fiee Boat. It would fit with my #775, #4020, #4031, #7906, #60109 fire boats. Apparently I was very worried about fires in my Lego town...

   Probably home-made. I looked on bricklink for the red mudguard piece on top of the right-hand building and didn't see anything that looked like that in sets.
