Just built the #3826 I bought on e-bay. Spongebob looks fabulous, though his sticker smile has seen better days ...

Picked up 10 pounds of LEGO from a craigslist seller last month, just about finished sorting and building 8086 Droid Tri-Fighter 8093 Plo Koon's Jedi Startfighter 8039 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser 3826 Build-a-Bob Most of the minifigs are missing, as are the canopies for the StarWars sets. 3826 is maybe 50%…

^ The yellow part is 6178 - Tile Modified 6x12 with studs on edges. Appears in yellow in 4 sets (3826, 5846, 7685 and 4404). Maybe others can assist on the white and grey parts, but I suspect they are not Lego brand.

When it first came out, I bought 3826 Build-A-Bob, it languished in my closet for a few years following my dark age, and last year I sold it for $100 on Amazon. Not bad for a $35 set that I got for free after using several gift cards.

I've tried it on multiple monitors and all those black parts look like a solid lump. There are others just as bad, that's just the first one I remembered. Newer sets usually have a list of parts…

We didn't bl the whole thing. We picked the statue at a garage sale with about 30 pieces missing, no box, or instructions. We paid FedEx/Kinko about $70 to laser print the instructions and bought the missing pieces from TLG and bricklink and total we have about $150 into it at most. At the garage sale we got 3450,…

I have never traded or sold anything before so I want to try doing it this way first before I trade any other way. I would like to sell to a local person or do a trade. Well here it goes. $40.00 Millenium Falcoln 7965: This set has no minifigs, has instructions and I think all of the bags are in there. Some of the bags…

Never timed myself building anything LEGO, but I do know my pace varies a lot depending on the format of instructions. Printed instructions are usually much easier for me to read, particularly on sets with a lot of dark colored bricks. Seems no matter how I fiddle with display settings, some scans make it very hard to…
