So I placed an order to complete my builds of #3723 and #3724. But the seller sent me the wrong order. It's someone else's order. Am I obligated to pay to ship it back to them? Should I just cancel everything and go find another seller? What are some suggestions of how to deal with this?

I have most of the parts to build the Lego Dragon 3724-1. I just lack 110 2x2 corner bricks and 35ish 2x8 bricks. This question is for someone who has built it... can I replace the 2x8s with 2x4s without affecting the stability?
