The second is the jet in #7066-1. I don't have that one myself, but thanks to Polywen over at Flikr I can confirm it was intentional: https://c1.staticflickr.com/4/3315/5721097224_d1d5a13818_b.jpg The sets were designed after his death.

   I know they increased the price on #3315-1 Olivia's House from $69.99 to $74.99 in the US at some point after it's release. (Maybe after the first year it was out?) That one definitely stood to me at the time, as I had gotten the set for my daughter before the price went up.
