   @flord In Europe #31065 Park Street Townhouse and #31063 Beachside Vacation have already Retired. The other 2017 3-in-1 creator houses are still available here.

   I guess this is a new part in 31063: Beachside Vacation While new cloth pieces have been introduced in other creator sets (4894), I still enjoy seeing creator reinventing the uses of already available pieces rather than creating new ones.
