Definately #31053 with my daughter, she was well chuffed to build Peter Rabbits secret lair :-)

I'm interested to see what #31052 Holiday Destinations and #31053 Tree House are going to look like.

Happy new Year all! May there be lots of fun, sun and laughter for you all. For those interested, this is the quick build of #31053 with a little extra scene made from the extra pieces.

Just put my order in for #31052 and #31053 . Its been a few months since my last set so I am really looking forward to these, then I will sit back and wait for Big Ben XD

#31053 Treehouse is 30% off online (I bought one of these used and enjoyed the build). #31050 Corner Deli is at $21.00 after sitting at $30 for a long time. Also, it looks like in-store a bunch of different sets are going for 30% to 50% off. I'll have to stop by the LEGO section when I pick up an order Thursday.

@Shib, I get your point, but I think you'd need to replace so much, that it would be pointless to buy the set in the first place. You'd probably do better to buy #31053 Treehouse Adventures and MOC off that instead. They're good parts packs, in moderation though, for when you do need an odd colour or two for a fantasy…

I think I am going to need a better look at the House alternate build for the RV set (31052) before I decide if I want to get it or not. Same thing for the treehouse (31053), I was hoping it would be a little bigger. I am however really liking the Friends Horse Riding Club set (41126), I think I am going to get one of…

I'll add my 2 cents to the perception argument. it doesn't matter what the price per piece or price per gram tell us - only us tiny group of AFOLs knows, understands, or cares about these numbers. but what does matter is what does it appear like I am getting for my money. I chose 2011-2012 as a comparison because I think…
