That's because Brickset's database isn't complete - in a variety of ways, and for a variety of reasons. The window came in Dark Grey with Tr. Brown glass in sets 1349 and 6740. -

Was the director assumed to be Spielberg or was it specifically named as such (beyond the #1349 set)? Similarly I don't consider the liverpool set or newcastle set to be actual individuals as they aren't named. -

I think that road section is from one of the old Lego Studios sets ( #1349 ?) - the idea being that you could make a Godzilla movie where a dinosaur stomped on the road, causing it to crack and showing lava below. -
