Ordered a $40 bulk lot on eBay that appears to be most of the parts from #10292 The Friends Apartments. I felt like gambling on it, hopefully it's complete enough to be worth it.

My friend bought #10292 for the original $149.99 MSRP. At that store, the shelf tag still had the original MSRP, the app scanned it at the new MSRP of $179.99, but the register scanned it at $149.99. It qualified for the $10 GC promo as well.

Made it to the LEGO store up in Jacksonville for only the second time since Covid came along ...
