I did offer on a #10240 for him(my nephew) on here the other day but unfortunately the box wasnt in that good shape so then he decided he wants a either a #10240 or a #10225.

    #10225 and #10240 are OOS. It's also showing that you get a free PA with purchase of PA... but it won't add it to your cart.

    Is it really the case that 10240 and 10221 have no UCS stated on the box or instruction? In such case what was here the factor to classify it as UCS...?
