    You could go in the other direction and get her #10230 mini modulars, modular houses that she can display anywhere. I had initially dimissed this set but now that I own it, its fantastic. It gets loads of comments when people come round, and I have lots of very large models on display.

    Why any amount? stores have stacks of Pet Shops and GEs as well, but they aren't discountable either. the ban has nothing to do with inventory levels or price point.     Looks like the MBS is out of stock at [email protected] Korea, that thing is expansive for about $75. Good news is that they still have 10197 and 10230 in stock, limit 2. 10229 is only temporarily out of stock. I remembered vividly back in Jan, 2010 [email protected] Korea had loads of 10189 in stock but I had no means to buy them. :(
