My vote goes to the new wave of Creator 3-in-1 houses: the Modular Family Villa, Modular Poolside home, and the rest of the new style houses that are the smaller subsections built around a standard frame. Their ease of changing layouts makes them prone to falling apart, and they don't hold a candle to the older 3-in-1s… -
