I sensed a disturbance in the force, as if a magnitude of monorail elements were being sold off to someone else, and came immediately here. Are you selling monorail track, motors, bases/bogeys, or all of the above? Any chance it came from the Airport Shuttle (set 6399)? What M-Tron do you have for sale? I'm looking for the…

I'm sure someone probably said this already but the most play capable sets I can think of are: Town: 6399 Airport Shuttle Pirate 6377 Imperial trading Post Space: 497 Galaxy Explorer or 6971 Inter-galactic command base Castle/Kingdoms: 10193 MMV or 6071 Forestman's Crossing (comes with the Forestwoman)

6399 Airport Shuttle! Pricey but soooo worth it!! Needs slightly modding to fit in with todays sets but it's a classic. Also 7993 Service station, again a deleted set but another winner.

I'm going to use my vote on 6399 Airport Monorail, to make the point - Please please please can Lego give us a decent reason why they are excluding Monorail, because every excuse I've ever heard has work-arounds, and 6399 is in my book far and away the best Lego set ever.

6399 Airport Shuttle. I know they're telling us to exclude monorail, but I just don't accept that there are legitimate reasons for doing this, and it's far and away the best theme/ set ever.

If I had a time machine I'd go back and make sure I got two copies of every set I had, and make sure one set was never unboxed and went somewhere safe and secure! I'd also get #928 (Space cruiser) and #6399 (Airport Shuttle)....actually I'd buy two copies of both!

Hello, I'm a 29 years old boy from a small town in Hungary. I've been enthusiast of LEGO ever since I can remember. I loved to build LEGO sets with my elder brother during all my childhood and our best creations included steam locomotive with tender, supercar, helicopter hauler and overland bus. The biggest one was an…

As a 32-year-old fan of LEGO, I finally moved the boxes of LEGO from my folks' attic to the guest bedroom. Needless to say, the wife is not too pleased! My parents started me with LEGO when I was 18 months old and I still have almost all the sets/pieces from way back then. My mother used to laminate the instructions for me…

6399, bough as an accessory on a train layout, but a few years later we sold all three of them to someone I worked with. In 2009 we came out of our dark ages and tried to find this person so we could offer to buy them back but couldn't find him. Our first set coming out o our dark ages was 7897, 7898, and extra track. We…

Bit of an old/clichéd thread this, but anyway... My favourite is still the 6399 Airport Monorail: http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=6399-1. I bought a MIB one in 2002 and still love it today (built, of course). Trains are a close second for me. The Metroliner is a classic but 7740 is still my favourite all time train.…
