    I may have mIscounted the bags in the Winter Cottage, as I counted them after I built it, but my count was; 5 - #1 7 - #2 5 - #3 If I am wrong please correct me.

    Actually I think I answered my own question using the instruction book. Four bags (marked as #1,#2,#3,#4) seen in the instruction book and it appears four loose large 'tiles' and the 4 bridge pieces.
