@drdavewatford Ok, I did follow your instructions and am finding no instructions tab on the 80's sets I checked 6399, 6987and 6080. Which are not obscure or hard to find sets. Is there something wrong with my Google Chrome? Also, I noticed some set pages have an ACM tab below the main image and some don't. I'll have to…

@560Heliport I have all 4 Unitron sets and they are among my favorite space subtheme. It's too bad they were limited to just 4 sets. I have a monorail running between each end of my city, and ended up getting the track from #6399 Airport Shuttle from someone who posted an advertisement for them here on Brickset and…

#3450 Statue of Liberty by all means. Hubby would probably choose #6399 the Airport Shuttle (monorail).

I agree with all of this. They would have to charge $300+ to break even on a kit like 6399 now days. I still have my 6399 complete with manual cause it took my mom a full year to save up for it in 1989-1990. $140 was alot of money in those days. If Lego group lost money on it then why would they bring it back at all?…

So, I have a large lot of my family's LEGOs, most from 89-95. I remember and have been able to identify a number of sets, including 6270 Forbidden Island, 6285 Black Seas Barracuda, 6543 Sail 'n Fly Marina and 6399 Airport Shuttle. I'd like to put these back together, but the instructions were lost. As these are all…

Bought a monorail set today #6990 from a Bricklinker in Europe and am in the process of getting #6991. Will get #6399 sometime in the future and a lot of track from 4DBrix as well. Very happy, lots of stuff to build soon.

Too much wishful thinking in this thread. If trains are barely profitable and TLG has (had to) cut back to a more streamlined approach to them (no separately sold cars and engines, switching to plastic rails, etc.) then surely it's easy to understand why they don't launch a second train system. A handful of nostalgic AFOLs…
