My ECTO-1 missed almost 90 pieces but did have one extra bag (the one with licence plates). Also missed Batman's cape in Heroes of Justice: Sky High Battle. -

The first large set I got was the tower of Orthanc. I thought it was missing a ton of pieces and was filling them all in on the missing parts set at the Lego website until one of my kids realized that multiple bags had the same numbers and I just only opened one of the bags I was looking for. Once had a missing 1x8 white tile from Town Hall. But twice I've had incorrect pieces. An Indiana Jones set had a soldier head instead if Indy's head, and in the recent City train station, a green torso had on dark green arm and one normal green arm. Not bad at all for the hundreds of sets I have bought through the years!
