Hi, i´m looking for a new home for my sealed set number 8448. It has been stored with great care and away from sunlight so the colors would´t vanish. Condition can be compared to "just out of the store" :) i´m located in Germany and would ship to any location worldwide. If you´re interested just just contact me here or…

This video gives an amazing insight into the new gearing system. Thanks for posting it. I hope there will be a new car chassis this year that matches 8880 or 8448 for looks and functions.

8448-1: Super Street Sensation had fantastic inner box design. What is the set number of the Jack Stone set? Can anyone provide som pics of the inner boxes of the #10018 Darth Maul bust and the #3450 Statue of Liberty?

I have noticed that old classic Technic sets (like 8448, 8880, 8479, 8868 etc.) have lost their values lately. Earlier they are selling at insane prices. Now their prices at Ebay is much lower. May be those sets are now showing their age (20+ yeras) and newer Technic sets offer more.

I would have to vote for 8880... am I really the only one? I just like that it uses true bricks! And then there is the V8, 4 wheel drive, 4 wheel steering, gearbox, etc, etc, etc... I also, have a 8448, and a 8458, but the 8880 is still my Fav! Guess I am always a sucker for great Technic Cars!

Rebuilding all my super cars, just finished the last one : #8448 Super Street Sensation/Convertible build. While being now 20 years old, my favorite is still #8880. Bottom Right #8653 Enzo Ferrari is filling the void until I can get a #956 or #853 (PM me if you have one to spare ;-)

My house recently burned down, and with it, most of mine and my Dad's Lego sets. They were almost all Technic sets. Now we're getting down to insurance, and I have no idea how much I should claim these for, so I was hoping someone could help me out. Here's a list of the set numbers I know are gone. 951 8857 954 956 854 951…
