CMFs being 3.99 USD sure is a negative, at least for me. Apparently some may have tons of money to throw at a minifig, but I do not. Not when a poly bag with many more parts goes for the same price. I think it is a difficult issue to create any detailed guidelines, as there are different types of sellers (those that will help and fulfil any problems with the sale, and those who think you buy what you get no matter what the description and use 'should be 100% complete but the photo forms part of the description') and… -
