    A step further, it looks like @klatu003 is implying that the Fountain 40221 and Flower Cart 40140 are essential as Modular accessories. ;-) Seriously I do love the lighting and shelf arrangement. Looks like there is room for 1 or 2 more modulars before expansion.

    Last year around this time LEGO Ideas had a contest to design a vintage vehicle. The winner's design would get made into a GWP. Perhaps that will be happening around the release of the new modular and is related to it? Similar GWPs were the Flower Cart 40140 and Fountain 40221.

    Anxious to get out of work to get #40221 Fountain. There is another LEGO Store 25 min drive from the office, but I have a meeting at 1:30 PM and don't want risk arriving late. The store on the way home will have to do later today. *sigh*

    One of the best free give a ways I have ever seen is LEGO Creator - Park Fountain 40221. I haven't seen a creator set like this since, in size or theme Any set like this which can be incorporated into a larger scene while also working as a stand alone set, although difficult, is an excellent give away.
