For my birthday and because I worked a bunch of overtime, my wife gave me the green light to get the UCS Tumbler! I called the Lego at West County Mall on Friday and they said they were out of stock :( . They said they might get some more today, so I called at 9:59 and they said they had 24 in stock. They couldn't put a…

Building all the winter village sets over the next few weeks (Three down two to go) with my daughter, plus a few MOC building to go with it, before laying that out in a Christmas Display. Waiting for 20 32x32 green baseboards to arrive to build out the grounds on my Hogwarts MOC (currently standing at 100,000+ pieces and…

I designed this baggage car for the Emerald Night train. It's built on the 24 stud base instead of the 28 stud base of the passenger cars. Though it would add a little variety to the train. I'll post some pictures when I actually get it built.

I didn't make an arse of myself or throw up (i'm a very composed drunk) - but 24-48 hours after a 15 pint session my stomach always makes me wish I had thrown it up. I made a start on the proper building work and not long after my driver batteries have died...on charge now and i'm watching TFA.

Ideally i'd the Wayne Manor to be the larger size, but I don't think the cave could take the weight of a 2 storey manor of that size. Just spend 2 hours…

Bags from 1-19 I think, though there are multiples of some of the numbers. Pretty sure there are 24 in total, but I'm not at home right now. One bag at a time like regular Ninjago. It's a really nice set, but #70620 is better, in my opinion, as you would probably expect given the price and larger part count. Of course…

I simply increased the footprint from 32 x 16 to 48 x 24 assuming, stupidly, that meant a 50% size increase. It doesn't :) Mine is 13 windows wide and 5 high. I'll see how I get on, but might need a rethink.

In honour of the running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, we are building the #42039 Technic 24 Hour racer. It's the first technic set we've built since we were kids and it's been great fun, really enjoying it.
