    Similar thing with a slightly smaller set, #75067. Two RH wing pieces and no LH. Didnt bother calling it in though. I once had an opportunity to grab 10 Millennium Falcon mini builds from TRU, in my haste, i forgot to grab wing plates for one side. I now have a bag of incomplete MFs.     The "piece in the plastic bag" issue is one I'm very aware of - I now hold up the (hopefully empty) bag to the window or lamp to make sure nothing is left in it.

    Not very common in my experience, but it happens. I've had to order missing pieces 4 or 5 times since I started collecting Lego again 4 years ago.

    I've only had one missing piece, a few years ago. I was missing two 1x6 black tiles. LEGO was very good and sent replacements straight away.
