Thanks again to @MiniBricks1 for suggesting eBay for bubblemailers, I found 0 and 7 slightly cheaper, and 0000 (hadn't heard of that size before). I still have plenty 000 2 and 6 left from Sunuku and don't feel the need to stock intermediate sizes (especially since Priority Mail padded flatrate is close to 4 and thus 3 and…

Busy weekend. 10 orders ready to be mailed today, about the most I've had at once. I had an event for a non-LEGO hobby, which made it even more hectic; otherwise, some of this would've been done Saturday. Many of the orders were bulk purchases of parts in 10704, so listing those worked.

Separated the different color bags of 37 #10704. Previously I was only about a quarter through that. Obviously it's a prerequisite to sorting the parts. This also made the storage more compact; I could use some of my spare plastic bins and recycle some of the cardboard boxes. Some of the bags were put back somewhere out of…

Finished sorting and listing the red in 40161 - many lots are shared with the blue bags, I'll list those when all done, and I have the bins/bags ready. Will probably do reds or blues when back to working on 10704 even though only a few lots overlap. Counted physical inventory for many lots I've worked on

Finally finished sorting the 2 #70910 I parted ages ago, and got even closer on the #41179. Updated part prices (might be why they hadn't sold) and did so for other colors of those parts while I had the pages loaded. Next up green bags from 37 #10704 - a change of pace and those bins are most in the way in my bedroom

Actual set number is #41321. 41231 is Harley Quinn to the Rescue, and I've parted out 3 of those. As for my plan of less intense sorting jobs, when I've been working on my store, mainly I've been sorting sets I've already listed. While this isn't as much dollar value, they're taking up proportionally more space than the…

Sorted/listed oranges/yellows from 47 #10704 weeks ago. Finally did the 48th, and all 48 blue bags, including price cuts on lots that still hadn't sold yet. Helped that I have a day off with weather and bike condition bad enough that I didn't want to go out. A marathon sorting session, I'll work on a smaller amount of a…

I try to list everything at least a few percent below average - or no higher than average if I've sold any already. Much of my online inventory management is lowering prices where the average has dropped since I listed. - Same color of similar pieces is one thing that makes sorting difficult, and 10704 includes brick…

Finally finished sorting the blue from 10704. Feels odd to have so much open space near my desk. Most medium azure 1x2x1 panel had rounded corners, but a few had the older sharp corners. Sorting those was a pain Adding them to my online inventory was the easy part especially since I'd already updated a lot of pricing as I…

Hope you find something. If you see something you want that doesn't follow that system, let me know. I probably just didn't get to updating it as quantity changed. - Only have bag 6's (mostly blue) left in sorting and listing 40161. Made surprisingly good progress on that last night but then it got way way late.…
