    #10211 is "call to check..." on UK S@H at 18:51GMT. It could be "sold out" or "out of stock" or even "available" in 5 minutes....

    ^ 10197 wasn't in the early Spring catalog either, as discussed here on these boards (10211 was in it however). I haven't gotten a new catalog since then, but I'll be interested to see.

    Can anyone provide an approximate value anyone 'should' pay for retired sets? I've been wanting to get #10211 Grand Emporium but wouldn't know what would be a 'fair' price or a good price.

    Generally speaking we can say three modular buildings vanished at the same time ( #10211 #10224 and #10228 ) in U.S. and europe/australia. So it will be very interesting to see how they will perform one each to another from now.

    Does anyone else think we might be surprised by 10211 going out without warning this year? It has been out of stock at Amazon for awhile, and frankly it seems like we have too many modulars... Thoughts?
