    Watching hubby begin building #8421 which we won on ebay for $257. Shipped priority. Not a bad price considering what they have been selling for. Hubby has wanted this for a very long time!

    I'm with rdflego on this. The Mk II Mobile Crane is already gone. It was meant to be better than 8421 but all it is is bigger. I enjoyed building the Porsche but now it's sitting there and I feel a bit like the last line of finding Nemo: Now what?

    Yep, definitely have a wish list; Early pirate ships #8421 Grand Carousel Dragon Keebler Elf Ronald McDonald Plus some of the current and upcoming new sets! It's all about finding the early sets at a reasonable price when there is enough disposable income to be able to buy without later regrets.

    @Si_Dorking_Surrey_UK I agree...Technics are good for variety and investment purposes. Check out set 8421, Mobile Crane from 2005. http://www.brickpicker.com/bpms/set.cfm?set=2753 As for Harry vs. Star Wars...I'd put my money on Star Wars. Lego bricks and spaceships just work well together.

Only having one set with pneumatics and very poor control (8421) it would be interesting to know what other components are a available, I know there is a reservoir but are there none-return valves, or any form of flow control, has anyone tried using the LEGO cylinders…
