    I'll expand this to "the most annoying set to disassemble," (high part count alone is not enough). My nomination is the Tie Defender, http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=8087-1 Lots of pins and repetitive items that are a pain to pull apart, as I did earlier today.

    I might put in a vote for 8087 TIE Defender. 304 pieces, a TIE Pilot and a Stormtrooper for $50. The ship isn't even all that great. Fortunately I found it for half off, but I don't know if I would have paid much more than that.
