Id be surprised if LEGO stopped the #60052, Im guessing the heavy haul will be like the #3677 from a few years ago. FYI, #60052 is available at amazon right now for $156.34

    So my son wants this for Christmas this year, & it being rather expensive, I decided to make it my Christmas gift too. He expressed interest in expanding the track layout, but I dont see supplemental track sets listed under "Train 2014". So there must be earlier track packs that are compatible, which sets #s are they?

    Currenty on sale $149 each. Add code MORELEGO then CITY15 to get them down in the range of $103 each. Can combine either set together but codes need to be in that order to get best price. Says new customers only, worked for my existing account. . Stock may not last long though since another site is hammering it hard.
