    @ereiamjh - the same hairpiece (in that reddish-brown color) is used for Gregory Goyle in the Harry Potter sets. Maybe that is where you know it from? Looking at http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=30608&in=S it seems that Harry Osborne from the Spider-Man series has the same hair.
