Yes, there needs to be 40,500,000 tiles and as a tile is about 0.4 cubic cm, assuming perfect packing the box needs to be about 16 cubic metres, so thats about 2.5 m cubed. Four tiles weigh about 1g. So the contents will weigh over 10000 kg. At 10c a part, you're looking at $4M for the set, so probably one only for George… -

Looks great for its scale, but that's what I have an issue with. The front is 16 studs wide while most of the previous Racers (Ferrari/Lamborghinis) were already 14 studs wide.
