Not quite sure how it happened (honest guv), but I seem to have ended up with Lego stored in just about every conceivable scrap of space my house has. To try and appease the Hubby (and to free up space for all the new sets I want!), I'm having a bit of a clear out. All sets are new and sealed, and the boxes are in great…

Obviously there are certain members on this forum that take themselves WAYYY too seriously and really need to take a look in the mirror, take a deep breath, and count to 10, before posting.... Guilty, as charged. One other observation - obviously there are certain members on this forum that are not at least 16 years old.…

Im guessing LEGO will raise them eventually to 4.49 USD first, then 4.99 USD. I get there is inflation and such, but Im thinking that 3.49 USD is a more appropriate price for these and if LEGO cannot make them for that then they should just stop making them as random. Or for that kind of price (3.99 USD or more),…

Just a quick update - still looking for someone to purchase the lot of what I have. I've added a few sealed packs of Series 7 and Series 9. I promise you, this is all I have! Feel free to make me an offer - I'm looking to sell these at flat rate per figure. Series 3: Pilot (#2) Tribal Chief (#3) Samurai (#4) Sumo (#7) 2x…

I am assuming the Clumsy CMF is American. Not all Americans are clumsy. I would like to see a banana-suit guy for Series 16... As I also assume a sharply dressed CMF is British (and probably a diabolical villain), and the pencil-moustached waiter is French. And that the red, white and blue daredevil is also American, and…

Actually, only 16(?) unique people have posted for the second chance prize, so we are still a good bit away from the 42nd person to post after @bendybadger announced sumolego to win the bonus ball, or, I've misunderstood the rules. :o) Edit: Good job I put a question mark after my count there due to a flurry of posts!

Bigger sets are in the $100 range in my opinion and I gather the same from talking to others. @evileddie1313 If I was 16 I would be all over the poly bags. I get sucked into doing smaller sets and minifigs here and there and quickly realize why I prefer not to every time. They are one way of driving more traffic to your…

Alien Villainess, skirt brick legs, special molded head, only a minifig torso. but I'm sure everyone agrees that she is minifig, even more so than pythor with the same number of traditional minifig parts. (Also Alien Commander, too) http://brickset.com/sets/8833-16/Alien-Villainess…

It's not just the height but the scale. The first floor of the HQ is about 13 bricks tall while the first floor of a modular is 10 bricks tall. Also, it's a narrow building but is 20 studs wide vs. 16 studs wide for a narrow modular. The scale is close in numbers, but the difference is enough that for me it just looks…
