Yeah I agree. I recommend reservations. Ended up eating at Paradiso 37 because waits for more than 2 hours yesterday. I went to the water parks before hand and they were crazy packed. Orlando is fun and all but by 6 pm thunderstorms come in and too many people trying to leave at once make it a mad house. Lol back to the…

I stopped by outside at 6:30 last night and took a few photos, but couldn't queue as had to be at a show at 7:30. Staff outside were very good though, got me a couple of store leaflets and bus stickers (but not a passport). Was considering going another day, but now they seem to be out of some of the offers and sets I…

Due to unforeseen medical issues, I have to sell a large portion of my collection. I am willing to ship to the EU and Australia. All sets are loose and complete unless noted and include all Mini Figs and Instructions with stickers neatly and cleanly applied. Sealed sets are all in good shape with only very minor shelf wear…

Here's a list of the top 35 grossing movie franchises of all time (with R rated movies removed), with the number of moves made after the name. Notice the number of these franchises Lego has already licensed. 1. Harry Potter 8 2. James Bond 23 3. Star Wars 8 4. Pirates of the Caribbean 4 5. Shrek 5 6. Peter Jackson's Lord…

I'm Military stationed in japan. I just found out my daughter has some medical issues that will force us to PCS (Permanent Change of Station) Since I came out of my dark ages a little over 2 years ago I have bought a TON of LEGO and have not had time to build a lot of what I bought. I went overboard like many do. Anyways,…

yes big set up ,I was going to have the LEGOLAND and New city ,both separate citys, and have the monorail connecting the 2(citys) going around a mountain and sea to combine these themes around the main theme(trains), but like you said way to big, this is what i was/or am trying to fit in(track wise),LEGOLAND 82 x 12v…

It's a shame the theme got canned tbh but it's to be expected. The sets were decent, the figures were some of the best last year IMO. Series 2 was exciting to wait for in that respect. The app 'integration' killed this theme. It alienated many and drove the price of the sets waaaaay too high. Please TLG, no more 'App'…

It does have a very different tone that doesn't balance well with the rest of ANH. That is 100% true and partially why it's better as a stand-alone. The reimagining at 50% intensity would probably be the sweet spot. Lucas's pacing is very different - even with the lightsaber duels in Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 3 Episode…

Here are the 2 types of LEGO garage door mechanisms used with slotted bricks in the 1236 version of the Garage Set. The one on the left is the 1955 type, and required 4 slotted bricks on each side (stacked on top of each other)... while the one on the right is the 1956-57 type, which required only 2 slotted bricks on each…
