When Lego put the Death Star 10188 online for pre order they incorrectly listed it as £199.99 instead of £274.99. Thankfully they honoured the pre order price.

Of the sets listed in that particular auction he only comes in 8036 - Separatist Shuttle. 10188 is the Death Star, 10179 is the UCS Falcon and 7965 is the new Falcon.

According to the price guide at bricklink.com, there were two transactions this month on 1,000 sets of DS each where the average price was ~$.02 per DS: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogPG.asp?S=10188-1 How did we miss that? :)

Hmm, I'd say a cross between #10188 and #10123. In fact, lop the bottom half off #10188, add a couple of platforms and a ship or two (can't remember!), and you'll be pretty much there. Received #10188 Death Star for 139 dollars, but it is missing all the #1 bags, which means all the figures, and perhaps some of the #2 and 3 bags. Will be a project.....
