I got mine last month. They are only available from 1/1- 1/28(?). I used mine already. I only got $5 even though I bought $150. worth of Lego construction, but whatever. TRU's rewards program is a little defective. Customer service didn't know anything either when I called them.

Does anyone know if the freebies are cumulative? Meaning, if I buy over $100 worth of stuff, do I get the PAB box AND the second holiday giveaway set? Thanks! You get PAB boxes for ever 75 dollars you spend. Meaning if you hit 150 you get 2. The Holiday gift set #2 is a 'separate' deal, meaning you will get that too. At…

I don't quite understand why a tracking number would help track down the fraud. I would assume that info would, at best, tie to an email account, which could be a freebie (Hotmail/Gmail/etc) that could be used anywhere as well. Now I just saw on Amazon a seller with $150 Lego sets for $99.99 and wondering what's going on…

I've been out before on Black Friday, it can be worth if you need a deal on things. Those of you with kids know what the gliders look like at TRU, they are $300 normally and are never on sale, but on Black Friday, they are $150. I picked up that, a stroller at 50% off, and a number of other baby items at stupid low prices…

I would not call the market for bikes over $1,000 "huge", but what the heck do I know? :) We purchased 5 very nice Schwinn bikes from Target for less than $1,000 all up, including tax... While I get that the more expensive bikes are nicer and probably better for some specific roles, for riding around the neighborhood with…

I just returned from the Downtown Disney, Orlando branch. I was 10 of 31, tho there were only around 25 or 30 people total when they opened the doors. For spending over $150 I received a pick-a-brick cardboard fold together box (smaller or same size as smaller plastic tote for PAB), the 2 of 2 holiday set, and a discount…

5767 - Cool Cruiser is what I have in mind, 621 parts, $39 selling price, it is a good size with good detail and good 2nd and 3rd build models. Other good examples are: 6753 - Highway Transport 4954 - Model Town House 5893 - Off-Road Power Those are the type of sets we like, detailed and interesting. The 150 to 200 part…

The thing is, one day a set goes for $750, the next day the same set. In the same condition, goes for $250. There is no formula. In 2000, I bought an opened Metro Park and Service Tower for $150. In 2009, I bought one MISB for $210.

The Death Star has about as much play value as any Star Wars set could - you’ve got 14 ‘rooms’ (some with multiple levels and if you include the ‘basement’) plus the elevator down the middle and the separate TIE Advanced to swoop around which can even carry Vader. There are so many iconic scenes in there it’s always fun.…

Well Merry Christmas fellow Lot 39R1 owners! Ever seen a 7 year old bust into a $150 set he's been eyeballing for 2 years and come to a screaming halt on Step 3 of Book 1? Awesome. I knew we had a serious issue as soon as I couldn't find even one grey 1x2 plate for the chassis of the firetruck and the inventory called for…
