I am still looking for a Vauxhall Victor Estate sealed in a plastic garage with banderole.... I have the 261-268, and finally found the UK 670 Jaguar sealed... but still no 671 Vauxhall!! :/ Brasletty thinks they weren't sold that way.... but if the 670 was sold in a sealed plastic garage, then I think the 671 would also…

This is one of the most mesmerizing ones I've ever seen. Uses strain wave gearing. https://youtu.be/kcdj-b49TW8 More details on the page: http://akiyuki.jp/en/works/670

$500? Eh. The Death Star costs $500 in the US, whereas in Sweden it costs 5499 SEK, which equates $670. A $250 price tag would have been more justified in my opinion, due to the release of the $1000 Falcon.

@MattsWhat I guess I will find out. Although I cleaned out a lot of his inventory so no counting will be required. @Lego_Nerd98 It was more around $670. Most of the parts were bricks and plates. Large plates at that, and we all know those are not that cheap.

Really Really appreciate the information and input. Very informative for me. Yeah my 041 set was shrink wrapped inner box. All in all I only paid 670 combined for all these sets new. Biggest thing for me though was I sold it to a collector who really appreciates the sets, and will take care of them for me. That's the…

I'm currently working on a large MOC (for me at least) and it's got me interested in finding out just how many of a given element a cup can hold or even a box, and is there a difference in economics between the two especially with the bump in prices this year? I've done some measuring and felt I might not be the only one…

Hi, Normally bit of a lurker as I'm a new AFOL just coming out of my dark age (rediscovered enthusiasm whilst collecting Lego Friends sets for my daughters). Posting this as I think there's some interesting sets I've picked up. Saw a advert for some old classic lego sets for £60, few boxed sets that looked like good…

While we were on the topic of UK/Ireland/Australia vehicles... the 670 Jaguar E Type, and the 671 Vauxhall Victor Estate... there are a few mysteries about them. First of all here are two of the 670 Jaguars as they were sold (1963-65) in the small clear garages, with a paper banderole around them in the common white…

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to put a price tag on a human life, and I'm hardly a penny pincher when it comes to LEGO — I'm well aware that the United States has skated by with disproportionately low LEGO prices for a long time, that I can't count on that always being true, and that if US LEGO prices do go up…
