TLG confirmed at the Nürnberg Spielwarenmesse that CMF series 17 and the Ninjago CMF's would cost the same as the TLBM ones. Source: Zuzammengebaut (in German)

It turns out the first Minifigure of Series 17 that I picked up randomly happened to be the Highwayman, although I didn't purchase it given I have no real interest in the Minifigure.

Went into WHSmith to get a envelope and seen the Series 17 behind the till so I decided to get 3 random packets. Once opened they contained 1 Rocket Boy and 2 retro spacemen. Bit annoying

Toys'r us by me had several boxes of series 17 plus series 16, disney and batman minifigs. I got a complete set with three extras. I really like the highwayman and butterfly girl. Rocketboy is rather adorable as well.
