   I felt the front end of the Batmobile from 76045 was unfinished, so I rebuilt most of the front section to include wheel covers, spinning turret, and smoother front end.

   @teal93mr2 i went to another nearby Target and the #76045 was at the $23 price you saw on Brickseek. So, YMMV sadly.
