   ^I think that 76027 was actually a Robin in a diving suit rather than Flash and the last one on 76026 looks to be a civilian in trouble (truck driver or something would be my guess)

   Just purchased Black Manta Deep Sea Strike 76027 for the Underwater elements (scuba diver here). Kmart sale $5 off plus extra points value of $13 so I got it for $21 bucks.

   I didn't think the cape thing was a big deal. Then I opened 76027. Black Manta was cool, the batman print was nice, then I took out the cape and it was terribly soft. I felt like I was gonna rip it when I was putting it on.

    @JudgeChuck - There are lots of examples from almost every theme. #75091 Flash Speeder, #41097 Heartlake Hot Air Balloon, #76027 Black Manta Deep Sea Strike and the brand new #75823 Bird Island Egg Heist spring to mind. It is unfortunate but clearly it is not going to change so we are just going to have to put up with it.
