   10. Treat your customers equally. Why do VIP members in the US and UK get several Black Friday deals (free shipping, *exclusive* sets,...) while others get none of those? Why do I have to pay €30 for "Ramses Pyramid" while US customers can get it for €3 in the post-Christmas sales? Why is there such a huge price difference…
